Frederico “Fred” Montejano, age 84, passed away February 22nd, 2014. Loving father of Fred, Jo Ann, Doris and the late David; grandfather of John, Matt, Faith, Maria, Miguel and Natalia; great-grandfather of Avarie and Jake. Frederico served the Chicago Police Department for 26 years as a sergeant and detective and was a proud founder of the Latin American Police Association. Visitation Wednesday, 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Barnabas Church, 10134 S. Longwood Dr., Chicago. Interment Private.
