Guy R. Collins, age 81, US Marine Corps Veteran. Best friend and beloved husband of 53 years to Barbara Collins (nee Jennings); loving father to Guy, Jr. (Hope) Collins and Peggy (Kevin) Nolan; cherished Papa to Sarah, Annie, Michael, Kevin and Brett; fond uncle, cousin and friend to many. Guy's memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453. Prayer service Wednesday, July 28, 2021, 10:15 AM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to St. Linus Church, 10300 S Lawler Ave, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453. Mass 11:00 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip, IL.
