Helen Norene Forks, age 81, passed away on January 18, 2023. Loving wife of the late Conrad Forks and the late Joseph Derby, Sr.; Beloved mother of Joseph, Jr. (Karen), James (Donna), and Michael Derby; Cherished grandmother of Amanda (Rich), Jessica (Adam), Nicole (Kyle), Hayley (Cody), Jimmy, Marissa, and Michael; Great-grandmother of six; Dear sister of Jimmy (Synetta) Jeffries, Jerry (Sue) Jeffries, and the late Jack (Arlene) Noel; Aunt, cousin, and friend of many. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, John and Rita Jeffries. Visitation for Helen will be from 3 PM to 7 PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd, Oak Lawn. Funeral Service will take place at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home. Interment at Fairmount Willow Hills.
