Jacqueline M. Roppo

Jacqueline M. Roppo, age 79, of Tinley Park, IL; passed away on June 1, 2025. Jacqueline, also known as "Jackie", was a retired Chicago public school teacher. She started her teaching career at Fenger High School teaching Social Studies. After a couple years, she then went on to teach Law and retired from teaching at Whitney Young Magnet High School. Jackie loved to travel. She has been to many places but her favorite places she visited were Italy, Russia, Africa and Spain. She absolutely adored Scottish Terriers and had 4 throughout the years.

Jackie was proceeded into death by her loving parents Vito” Nick” Roppo and Yolanda “Vi” Roppo nee Brancato. Her late sister Mary Campbell and her late brother in law Gene Campbell. Survived by her beloved sister Josephine (Bruce) Molsen. Cherished aunt of 3 nieces Nicolette Campbell, Lana (Mark) Davis, Natalie (Rob) Williams and 1 nephew Joshua Campbell. Cherished great aunt to Eric (Mandy) Andersen, Nathan Williams, Brenna Williams and Peyton Campbell.

Memorial service will begin at 9:00 am on June 28th 2025 at Blake-Lamb funeral home, 4727 W 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL. Proceeding to Saint Christina Catholic Church, 11005 S. Homan Avenue, Chicago IL, for Mass at 11:30 am, followed by an internment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 6001 W. 111th Street in Alsip, IL.
