Our beloved brother James John Welsh passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the age of 87. He is survived by his sister Rosalie (Robert) Wagner and brother Robert Welsh. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Sydney and Helen Welsh: sister Marilyn (Basil) Rippey and brother, Sydney Welsh Jr. (Barbara).
Jim had a love for education and continued with his search for knowledge.
Visitation will be held on September 11, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at St Germaine Catholic Church, 9711 S Kolin Ave, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on September 11, 2026, at 10:30 am at St. Germaine Church, 9711 S. Kolin Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL. 60453.
Interment will be private
