Beloved wife of the late John J. Collins, Jr.; loving mother of Elizabeth (Tom) Rachubinski and John (Ann) Collins; cherished grandmother of Michael, Annie, Carolyn, Tommy and Jack; dear sister of Mary Lou, Carolyn, Georgeann and the late Jack; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews. Jean was a longtime teacher and volunteer at St. Barnabas. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at St. Barnabas Church, 10134 S. Longwood Dr., Chicago, IL from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment Private.
