A visitation for Jerry will be held Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL, followed by a chapel memorial service from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
