Born on May 8, 1935, in Chicago, Illinois, to her late father Allan R. Boynton and Evelyn R. Filkins. Joan resided in the Chicagoland area and devoted her life to her family, eventually moving to Nevada in 2016.
Joan is preceded in death by her husband Manlio "Leo" Negri, son Robert A. Negri, daughter Valerie A Negri, brother Allan R. Boynton. Joan is survived by her two children Daio (Ana) Negri, Hope A. (Leo) Zrada; Her grandchildren Kaylee and Kori. Great Grandchildren Mason and Coraline. Her sister-in-law Carol Boynton, along with many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Joan will be laid to rest in Chicago, Illinois at Mount Greenwood Cemetery. Joan will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Interment will be private.
