Loving husband of 57 years to Josephine Carnevale, nee Fortino; Beloved father to Lisa Carnevale, Anthony (Marie) Carnevale, and John (Theresa) Carnevale; Cherished grandfather to Giovanni, Sarafina, David Jr., Angelina, and Mia; Dear brother, uncle, and friend to many. Funeral to begin on Wednesday, 2/6, at 8:45 AM from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 to St. Gerald Catholic Church, 9310 S 55th Ct, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 for a 9:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, 2/5, from 3-9 PM at the Funeral Home.
