John "Jack" Arnold Kampwirth Jr., age 55, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in his Mount Greenwood home. John "Jack" was born on April 19, 1971 to John "Jack" Sr. and Mary Davi. He was a Chicago Firefighter like his father and grandfather.
On June 15, 2010, he married Tamara "Tammie" Hoiseck. They knew each other for over 25 years. He is respected by many and was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather and neighbor.
John "Jack" is survived by his beloved wife Tamara; loving dad of a son Sean, daughters Samantha, Hayley, Erin and Natallia; cherished grandpa of Carter (10), Mia (9), Jillian (7), Emmett (5), Rylie (23 months) and Camila (12 months). Dear brother of Lisa (Chris)Beissmann. Fond uncle to Brianna and Dylan.
A Memorial Visitation for Jack will take place on Wednesdy, June 3, 2026 4pm-8pm at Blake Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd Street in Oak Lawn. A Funeral Mass will be Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 11:30am at St. Christina Catholic Church, 3342 W. 111th Street in Chicago.
