John Kovacs, age 82, of Chicago, passed away on July 8, 2021. Loving husband of over 53 years to Terezia Kovacs; Beloved father to Isabel E. “Beth” (the late Roger Posh) Kovacs and Michael C. (Candace) Kovacs; Cherished grandpa to Ella; John was preceded in death by his parents, John Sr. and Anna Kovacs.
Visitation for John will be from 3-8 PM on Wednesday, July 14, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd, Oak Lawn. Funeral to begin at 9:15 AM on Thursday, July 15, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, proceeding to Queen of Martyrs Church, 10233 S Central Park Ave, Evergreen Park, for a 10 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow.
