

Joshua, age 38, passed away on October 14, 2024 after a courageous battle with brain cancer / Hemangiopericytoma. Born on August 1, 1986, he brought immense joy to those around him.
Joshua’s journey touched the lives of many, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of strength and resilience. His unwavering spirit in the face of adversity was an inspiration to all who knew him.
Joshua is predeceased by his grandparents Philip & Marilyn Rosso, Luella Gunther, and Ellery Gunther.
Joshua is survived by his parents, Pete and Cathy, his sister Jennifer (Brandon) Pfizenmaier, his nephews & niece; Conner Ludwig, Lucas, Jaycie & Ethan Pfizenmaier, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Family and friends, will forever hold dear his memory. Joshua will be remembered for his kindness, compassion, and the positive impact he had on everyone fortunate enough to have known him.
A wake to honor and celebrate Joshua’s life will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Blake & Lamb Funeral Home at 4727 West 103rd Street in Oak Lawn, IL.
A morning visitation will take place on Saturday October 26, 2024 at 9:30 am. Following with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am at St. Linus Church located at 10300 Lawler Avenue in Oak Lawn, IL.
May Joshua rest in eternal peace, free from pain, and may his memory continue to bring comfort to those who mourn his passing.
