Dear Michelle, Gabrielle and Paige, my love, peace and prayers are with you today.
Michelle, I was privileged to attend your beautiful wedding. Kevin always had a soft spot in my heart for many reasons. On your wedding day, Kevin shared very loving thoughts with me. His words have remained with me and lifted me. 
To your extended family Michelle along with the McGrenera and Funk  families my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Kevin and Joanie, I remember holding Kevin for the very first time. Beautiful and perfect which he remained. I have always loved you Kevin and Joanie. I wish I could wrap my arms around you. Beautiful, fun memories keep flooding back. 
Aunt Pat, Uncle Jay and Mr & Mrs Funk(that’s how I addressed them) loved Kevin so.

Kevin, bro I dont where to start, like Jimmy and I said know you since you were in pampers not quite but a long time going to back to TKD at the school>then transferring to Circle of Light and all of us hanging out, to ISP.
Proud to be your friend and so thankful for the things you did for me as a great friend. You will be missed and loved for sure. I keep the faith you will be reunited with Keno waiting for the rest of us.

I met Kevin at the academy, our cadet classes overlapped. We were later assigned together to District 15 and worked the same platoon for several years. He was always laughing and smiling, and I loved getting him to laugh right back. He was a genuinely nice guy, always willing to help. Even after our careers took different paths within the department, I always looked forward to bumping into him, catching up, cracking jokes, picking right back up. He was one of the few truly genuine people I met in the ISP. I never expected this to be the road we'd end up on. Kevin, you were one of a kind. I wish you'd had more time. I'm sorry this world, and the people in it, let you down. Rest easy, my friend.

So sorry to hear about Kevin's passing and your loss.  I was a cadet classmate of Kevin in CC108,  he was always keeping us entertained and the life of every discussion.   Prayers for his girls and family.

I worked with Kevin for over 20 years.  I agree what an older Master Sergeant told me once.  He said , we sometimes spend more time with those we work with often times working holidays and long hours.  This is so true and I spent a good share of time at work with Kevin .  I remember him as a new Troop and we worked many incidents together over the years . He was a hard working man , a good man , father and friend to many.  He was funny, loved cars and was meticulous.   There is so much good to say about Kevin and there are alot of good memories .  May God watch over you and your family bro . You will be deeply missed but never forgotten . RIP.
