A fantastic guy, with a huge smile and  tremendous generosity, he helped me a lot in the beginning of my career in finance, he will be missed deeply.

I am so sorry to hear about Mikes passing.  I knew Mike from our days working at the Quad Theater.  He was a good friend and always good for a laugh.

Mike was a true gentleman, great friend and co worker and truly wonderful human being. He will be greatly missed. I consider myself very lucky for having the pleasure of knowing him.

Mike was one of the first guys who I encountered on a daily basis while learning the floor business in 1995. We have not been in contact for years but his early impact on my professional life resonates with me to this day.  He was extremely patient, helpful, and generous with his time to me and was instrumental in my early understandings of what mattered, as he was with many both before and after in our profession.  His attention to your needs was almost like having a big brother looking out for you, he always tried to be there for support. I feel blessed to have known Mike, remember him for his high character and likeable, dryly jovial, generous spirit. He will be missed.

Knapper was a good colleague and a better person.  One of the few kind souls in the trading world.

I always enjoyed working with Mike in the late 90s/early 00s.  He had a great sense of humor, was patient with people, and always took great pride in his work.  He was a great guy and will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I remember him as a student at St. Helens. Great young man .

My sympathy to all the Knapp family.  My husband, Francis (Bud) was a cousin to Marilyn.  We lived just down the road from your grandparents, John & Theresa who were Bud's aunt & uncle.  Bud's dad, Francis was John's twin brother.  We used to see you when you were young children but the years go by so fast.  Take care & God bless.  May Mike rest in peace.
