Ramon Ferrer

Ramon Ferrer, age 90, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022. Ramon was born January 23, 1932. Beloved husband of the late Alejandra Ferrer (nee Otero); Loving father of Ramon Jr. (Marisol), Elvin (Yolanda), Louis (Bonnie), Carlos (Marilisa) Ferrer; Cherished grandfather of Ramon Jr., Daniel, Gabriel, Michael, Elizabeth, Leida, Yocelyne, Xavier, Lukus, Carlos Jr., Christian, Max and Mia; Great grandfather of Yaremi, Daniel Jr., Michael Jr., Kal'el, Leyanne, Milo, Jordan, and Liyah; Dear brother of Modesta and Teresa; Brother-in-law of Felix and Milagros Otero; Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Ramon will be missed by all who knew him.

Ramon served in the United States Army, and then his community as a Chicago Police Officer for 20+ years.

A visitation for Ramon will be held Friday, March 4, 2022 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Military honors will begin at 4:30pm. St. Jude Services to follow.
