To the Rice Family: Please accept my condolences on the loss of your husband and father. I worked with Rick briefly at the Water Dept. He was a great man and great boss. I remember when he first came to the Water dept. he was very committed to the job but he was still his kids school basketball coach. He was very committed to his family as well. May your many good memories help you at this difficult time.

Dear Rice family, I worked with him a few years back & remember him as a hard working, honest, & friendly man who was highly respected & admired. I remember him as always ready to help out. His family was his most precious treasure &each of you was so dear to him. He spoke of wife, sons &sweet daughter with tremendous pride.
I bet he is still with you now, joining your guardian angels to continue caring for you .
You are in my prayers.

Dear Rice Family,
On behalf of my sister Amy and I, our deepest condolences. Amy and I were both lucky to work for Rick in the Budget office. He was the best boss you could hope for. I am especially grateful for his kindness when my Dad was ill. In sympathy,
Heather Ferguson and Amy Storey
