Richard Tarka, age 96 passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Loving father Richard Tarka and Julie (Jeremy) Nance. Dear brother of the late Wanda Hein, the late Irene Kaminsky, and the late John Tarka. Fond uncle of Harold Hein, Karen, Judy, the late Glen Kaminsky, Edward Ryan, William Ryan, Jeff Ryan, the late Sharon Ryan, Brett Ryan, Ann Ryan, Vincent Ryan, and Mary Krolikowski.
Richard was a lifelong Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, and Northwestern Wildcats football fan.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday June 3, 2025 at Blake Lamb Funeral Home 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, from 9:30 am until 11:30 am with a chapel funeral service set to begin at 11:30 am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
