When Uncle Bob was visiting us in Novi, Michigan we decided to play basketball. It was Uncle Bob and my Dad, Dick Collins and my BIL Rob Karp. Rob and I were on one team and Uncle Bob and Dad on another. Rob and I thought we had this game! When we started Dad asked Uncle Bob to take the ball out, he threw it to Uncle Bob and of course Rob and I were relaxed and not ready to play. And then when Uncle Bob caught the ball he immediately made the basket. Of course Rob and I called foul but it was brought to our attention they were just talking. Least to say Rob and I lost. We never under estimated those two again! I can only imagine all three of the Collins brothers back together again....

We send our most sincere condolences on the passing of Mr. Collins. We had the great pleasure of meeting him and Mrs. Collins during our son's years at Brother Rice, either at basketball games or other events. Such a wonderful man who touch many lives. We are blessed having met such a loving man and entire family. May Robert Rest in Paradise as he's reunited with his love Betty Ann. You are all in our prayers

Patti,
We are praying for your family during this time. I enjoyed meeting and getting to know both of your dear parents. They were both full of life. Your Dad always had a smile on his face. I’m sure he touched many lives over the years. I will be thinking of you all this weekend.
Much Love,
LaDonna and Lagod Family

Thinking of you all sending our thoughts and prayers for your beautiful family.

I will cherish visiting Patti and hearing all the stories from Bob about the taxi company and I will always remember my first ride in Roberts taxi mobile what a neat experience! Your mom and dad were true treasures . Thank you for allowing the Goerke family the privilege of knowing them both.
