Robert Alan Gasper

Robert Alan Gasper, 63, passed May 29, 2026, beloved brother of Gary J. Gasper (Carol), and loving uncle to Michael R. Gasper and Stephen R. Gasper. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond J. Gasper and Dolores R. Gasper (Neimiec), Longtime parishioner of St. Linus (Oak Lawn, Illinois) and St. Monica (Santa Monica, California).

Robert had a passion for music and spent his entire career in the entertainment industry. He was a distinguished attorney who retired as Senior Vice President, Music Legal at Paramount Pictures. He was loved by family and countless friends across the country. Robert was extremely generous with his friendship, sage advice, and warm hospitality to all. In his free time, he could often be found hosting home “jam” sessions in Santa Monica and Oak Lawn. He was a devoted uncle and especially enjoyed spending the holidays in Washington, D.C. with his nephews, Michael and Stephen.

He will be missed, but never forgotten.

Funeral Saturday, June 13, 2026 10:15 AM from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn, IL to St. Linus Church. Mass 11:00 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
