A Visitation for Hawk will take place Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St. Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Funeral to follow Friday, November 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home, with a Chapel Service celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.
