Robert J. Sweeney, age 74, of Oak Lawn, Illinois and White Bear Lake, MN, passed away on November 25, 2023. Loving son of the late William J. and Alice E. Sweeney, nee Boerst; Beloved brother of the late William (Rose), the late Patrick, the late Kenneth, and Alfred (Barbara); Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Bob spent his professional career working in sales and support in the printing industry across the Midwest. He will be missed by all.
Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Bob that will be held from 10:00 am until 11:00am on Monday, December 4th, 2023 at Our Lady at St. Germaine Church, 9711 South Kolin Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453, where a Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob’s name may be made to Our Lady at St. Germaine School.
