Rodney J. Jender, age 68, of Oak Lawn, Illinois passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022. Rodney was born March 12, 1954. Loving son of the late Joseph and Virginia (nee Kraus) Jender; Dear Brother of Denise (the late Steve) Danihel, Russell (Kathy) Jender; Fond uncle of Frank (Angelique) Danihel, Tyler (Sarah) Danihel, Jake Jender, and Madisen Jender; Cousin to many, Handyman and friend to all.
Rodney is a former Pipefitter of Local 597, and member of Coloma Rod and Gun Club. He loved animals, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and always did all he could for everyone he knew.
A memorial visitation and prayer service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn. Visitation 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with a Prayer service at 12:00 p.m.
