Roy Bozych Jr., age 76, passed away unexpectedly on April 20th, 2023. Loving husband of over 54 years to Theodora Bozych, nee Bartosiewicz; Beloved father to Jennifer Bozych; Cherished brother to Dolores (Raymond) Fishback, Mary Bozych, Alice (Douglas) Zerbe, Victor (Lois) Bozych, and the late William Bozych; Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews; Nephew to Karen Janik; Proud human dad to many dogs. Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Sr and Helen Bozych.
Roy took great pride as the cherished historian for the 454th Bomb Squadron.
Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Roy that will beheld from 3:00 - 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 27th, 2023 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois. Funeral Service to begin at 9:15 AM on Friday, April 28th, 2023, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, proceeding to Sacred Heart Church, 8245 West 111th Street, Palos Hills, Illinois for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
