William P. Lundy

William Patrick Lundy, age 72, of Plainfield, IL; passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2026; beloved dad of Margaret (Marty) Mosca and the late Jennifer Lundy; proud grandpa of Billy, Nora and Hannah Mosca; loving partner of Therese Surges and her children Mark and Kimberly (Nino), her grandchildren Abigail, Benjamin and Vincent; loving brother of Kathy Helling, Terry (Dave) Gahan, Tommy (the late Dawn) Lundy and the late Bernie Lundy; former husband of Mary Beth Lundy; devoted son of the late Bern and Marion Lundy;

also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.

William was an avid Chicago Bears, White Sox and Blackhawks fan. He loved live music, the Beatles and a good game of poker. He will be greatly missed.
