He was preceded in death by his father, Onofre Garcia, mother, Maria de Jesus Rangel, daughter, Marta Garcia, daughter, Lourdes Ochoa-Garcia.
He is survived by his wife, Margarita Garcia, son, Jose Luis Garcia "Chelis", son, Reynaldo Garcia "Rey", son, Nepamuceno Garcia "Cheno", son, Ramiro Garcia, Miguel Angel Garcia "Gelo", son, Julian Garcia "Juno", Maria del Rosario Garcia "Chayo", son, Ricardo Garcia, 27 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, 2014 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 1:30pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Garcia's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
