Annie Lou Quiroz of Oceanside, a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, went home to be with the Lord on September 8, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones.
Annie graduated from Oceanside High School in 1972 and married her husband Charlie in 1973. She pursued her career as an Esthetician and was at (Omni) La Costa Resort & Spa for over 41 years.
She is survived by her mom, Mary Lou Hernandez; son, Tommy Quiroz; daughter Erica Bala & John Bala; grandchildren, Matai, Juliana & Micah Bala; brother, Ruben Hernandez; sister Suzanne Castro & Ralph Castro; sister Martha Grijalva-Hernandez, sister-in law Cindy Quiroz and numerous family members. She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie & brother Tony. Annie had the biggest heart and leaves her family and friends with a lifetime of beautiful memories.
A viewing & rosary will be held at Eternal Hills on Monday 10/2/23, from 4:00-8:00 pm. A funeral mass will be Tuesday 10/3/23, at St Mary’s Church in Oceanside at 10:00 am with internment to follow at Eternal Hills Cemetery
