Blanca Estela Perez de Zamora was born in Mexicali Baja California on September 27, 1953, to her parents Miguel Sanchez and Julia Perez. She had 9 siblings: Irene, Alfonzo, Imelda, Jose, Ruben, Josefina, Claudio, and Jose. She came to the United States at the age of 9 years old with her mother and siblings.
Blanca married Jose Santiago Zamora on July 15, 1972. She had two daughters, Viviana Sandoval, and Beatriz Ramos. She had two sons-in-law: Gerardo Sandoval and Fidel Ramos. In total, there are 5 grandchildren: Josue, Ivana, Jasmine, Elizabeth, and Ashley.
She came to know the Lord Jesus Christ and got baptized alongside her husband on June 15, 1987, by Pastor John Sanchez. Her passion was working for the Lord through raising funds for missionaries (Flor Azul) and helping the needy. She was best known for her love and talent for flora. Her happiest moments were when she was surrounded by family, friends, and plants.
