Cecil Jenkins Jr. (Bobby) was born on January 8, 1951 in Bridgeport, Connecticut and passed away on June 6, 2021. He served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps to include Vietnam. He worked in the supply field at Camp Pendleton as a civilian for 42 years and lived in the vicinity of Oceanside Ca for 44 years. He was married to Carol (Young/Martin) Jenkins for 27 years and they had 4 children between them.

He was a Mason and a Lifetime Member of the VFW.
His services will be held at Eternal Hills, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, Ca 92054, on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 from 4PM to 8PM
