He is survived by his wife, Annie Quiroz, children, family, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm with a rosary at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 10:00am at St. Mary, Star of the Sea in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Quiroz's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
