He is survived by his son Howard; daughter Jade and her husband Jose; son Lew and his wife Georgina; and daughter Pearl and her husband Michael. Joining them in remembering David’s life are his grandchildren Danielle and her husband Yevhen; Ilea and her husband Jordan; John David, Michelle and Garrett; and Luke.
