Vista
Dulcye Persinger died Monday Jan 23rd at the home of her
daughter Phyllis.
She was born May 14th 1921 in Concordia Kansas, and moved to
California in 1946. She and her husband Edwin were long time
residents of Encinitas until retiring in 1979 and moving to
Lake Havasu City. They moved back to the area in 1993.
She is survived by daughters Phyllis Kittinger of Vista and
Linda Kennedy of Escondido. Grandchildren Suzanne Dalan,
Kathleen McCallum, Brian Kennedy, Matthew Kennedy, and
nine great grandchildren.
There will be a service held at Eternal Hills Memorial Park on
Tuesday Jan 31st at 1:00. A private family gravesite service
will be held afterwards.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
