He was preceded in death by his father, Jesus Lara Cerda, mother, Sarah Elizabeth Cerda, and many friends.
Edward is survived by his daughter, Sandra M. Cerda, son, Edward L. Cerda Jr., son, Paul A. Cerda, daughter, Elizabeth A. Cerda Dixon, granddaughter, Kristina M. Dixon, granddaughter, Briana J. Cerda, grandson, Austin M. Dixon, relatives, and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2011 from 4-8 pm with a rosary at 6:30 pm at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Star of the Sea in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Cerda's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
