Emmanuel is preceded in death by his brother, Ivan Ortiz.
He is survived by his father, Francisco Millan, mother, Olivia Luna, sister, Olivia Ortiz, sister, Kenia Ortiz, brother, Alfonso Ortiz, brother, sister, Yessenia Millan, sister Jocelin Millan, relatives, and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 4-8 pm with a rosary starting at 6 pm at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 3, 2012 at 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Vista, California.
Emmanuel Getsemani Millan's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
