A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at St. Mark in San Marcos, California.
Ms. Hernandez's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
