In South Vietnam during 1969 Faitala Alo was our company first sergeant.
The Marines who served under GySgt. Alo remember him as a top notch
leader who looked out for the well being of his men. He helped lead us through the most difficult of times. GySgt Alo was a Marine who led by example and he is held in the highest esteem by all who were around him. May God bless his family during this difficult time and please know he will always be held in our highest regard.
