He is survived by son, Kerry Stack, daughter, Teresa Covington, family, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 4pm-8pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 - 10am at Mission San Luis Rey Parish, followed by a graveside service at 11:30am at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
