Born July 15, 1947, in Niles, OH, to Frank and Anna Morrall, he was preceded in death by his parents, brother Joseph and wife Kathy. He lived in Carlsbad for twenty-nine years. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, he worked the majority of his life for Allstate Insurance Company.
Mr. Morrall is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Frank E. and Nancy Morrall of Peoria, AZ; daughter, Ann Margaret Morrall of Cleveland, OH; daughter Kimberly E. Morrall of Washington, D.C.; daughter and daughter-in-law Melissa and Lauren Naftal of Los Angeles, CA; brother Dr. Richard P. Morrall of Riverside, CA; brother-in-law Thomas Vollum of Huntington Beach, CA; partner Susan Chang and her son, Robert Chang, both of Carlsbad, CA; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Eternal Hills Mortuary. Mass will be celebrated the following morning at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Carlsbad with a lunch to follow in the parish center. Internment will follow at Eternal Hills Memorial Park at 1:30pm.
