GEORGE F.J. SCHLEDER, 67, died May 17, 2013 in Oceanside after a long illness. He was born February 6, 1946 to George Schleder, Jr. and Jacqueline (Goulet) Schleder. He was predeceased by his father.
George will be remembered for his generous spirit and love of life. George was a gourmet and excellent host. His holiday parties and fundraiser galas were exceptional.
He is survived by his mother of Oceanside and his brother, Wayne, of New York.
A memorial service for George will be held at the Old Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside at 10:30 am, September 13, 2013. Donations in George’s name may be made to The Foundation for PSP (progressive supranuclear palsy) at www.psp.org
