military service led him and his entire family of 7 siblings and parents to relocate to Varese, Italy, near Lake Como. Giuseppe discovered his love and talent for men’s suits and tailoring at a young age in Sicily, and continued his craft in northern Italy, then ultimately to Los Angeles in 1967 at the age of 26. Few years later, he met his wife Ida in a suit factory, they were married soon after in September 1973 - almost 50 years of marriage brought him 3 children: John, Patricia and Daniela along with 8 beautiful grandchildren. He loved, pasta, soccer, bocce, watching American sports and making homemade vino. Family, friends and togetherness were huge cornerstones of his life and absolutely lived for precious gatherings. His nature was quiet and gentle, never angry, never complaining, a peacemaker and usually smiling. Giuseppe’s quiet nature now is louder than ever to us as we miss his presence, but rejoice that his lengthy health struggles are now over. His last health scare began Good Friday, and ended on Easter morning, April 9, 2023. He will be very, very heavily missed.
