He was born in East Los Angeles to Shigeo and Hisako Masamoto on February 25th, 1933.
He is survived by his daughters, Joyce (John) Brennan and Janice Masamoto, his son, James (Dina) Masamoto, sister Teruko Sueda and brother Tatsuo Masamoto. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, Braxton, Bailee, and Barrett Brennan, Kaili, Lani, and Maia Masamoto.
Haruo’s kind, patient, loving soul will live on through his surviving kin.
His love for his family was unparalleled, and this was only one of many contributors to Haruo’s honor.
