Hatsue was born March 31, 1943 in Naha, Okinawa. She resided in Oceanside, California for 43 years.
Mrs. Thrasher has reunited in heaven with her husband, David Thrasher; father, Seizen Kamiya; and brother,
Toshinobu Kamiya.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Felkins; grandchildren, Kevin and Naomi Barnett, and Michael Felkins; great- grandchildren, Abigail Barnett and Waylon Barnett; her sister, Mitsuko Kamiya; and her niece, Janet Conley.
A visitation will be held between 4 and 8 p.m., on Thursday, December 18 at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, California.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 1pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
