Heather Michele Frost, of San Diego, California, passed away unexpectedly on August 8, 2026 at the age of 48.
Born on December 31, 1977, in Elko, Nevada, Heather was the beloved daughter of Susanne Shier and Daniel Frost. Heather is predeceased by her father, Daniel and her fiance Ryan Broadfoot. She is survived by her mother, Susanne, her siblings; Jonathan Frost, Benjamin and Justin Morris, Hannah and Emma Frost, her step-brother, Wesley Ruffer, her beloved sons Ethan and Ryan, and her ride-or-die best friend, Carly Swaim-Broadfoot.
If you ever had the privilege of meeting Heather, you probably remember her sense of humor. Heather had an incredible gift for bringing joy to the people around her. She could make just about anyone laugh, often when they least expected it, and had a quick wit and a genuine personality that is impossible to forget. Whether you had known her for years or had only just met her, she had a way of making you feel like an old friend. There was something magnetic about Heather. You couldn’t help but fall in love with her when you met her. She was genuine, spirited, and completely herself. She had a way of making people feel comfortable and connected, and she left an impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.
Heather was adventurous, fiercely independent, and wonderfully stubborn. She lived life on her own terms and wasn’t afraid to do things her own way. She loved the outdoors and the thrill of adventure, especially freediving, spearfishing, hunting, and riding dirt bikes. She also had a deep appreciation for the ocean and the freedom she found in the water.
Heather leaves behind many loved ones who will forever carry her memory. They will remember her for her infectious laughter, adventurous nature, and the way she could make almost anyone feel like they had known her forever.
Heather’s life was far too short, and she will be loved, remembered, and missed beyond words.
