Lou Jeane Payne born 1931in Bauxite AR, went to dance with the Lord on February 26th.
She worked for over 30 years as an administrative assistant for the city of Oceanside Transportation department and later for North County Transit.
She was a long time member of Melrose Church of Christ and her love of the Lord led her to be a very loving and generous person toward her family and in many cases near strangers.
She leaves behind many friends, her husband of 41 years Clyde, her daughter Jerry Stockton-Dickson, sons Dennis and Larry Stockton, Clyde's 7 children and many loving grand-children.
Services will be held at 100p.m.at the Melrose Church of Christ 713 So. Melrose Vista, CA.
