She was preceded in death by her father, Karl Rottach, mother, Wilhemene Rottach, husband, Frank David Peers, grandfather, Max Weiss, grandmother, Maria Rorhofer, sister, Clara Gilmour (Rottach) and aunt Antonie Rottach.
Irmengard is survived by her cousin, Norbert Weiss, cousin, Carl Weiderman, cousin, Annarose, Weiss, and Cousin, Ingo Weiss.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 1:00 pm at St. John the Evangelist in Encinitas,California.
Mrs. Peers' final resting place will be Eternal Hills memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
