He is survived by his daughters, Leslie Sims and Laurie Sims, brother, Burgess M. Sims, relatives, and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 1:00pm at First Presbyterian Church in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Sims' final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
