He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Bruno Medina, and mother, Ana Maria Gomez Medina.
He is survived by his daughter, Alice M. Lentz, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2012 from 4-8pm with a rosary at 6:00pm at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral service will be held on March 13, 2012 at 10:00 am at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Medina's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
