Jake is survived by his wife of Fifty-Six years, 1 son, 3 daughters, 4 brothers, 4 sisters, 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
He graduated from Mater Dei High School, located in Santa Ana, CA, in 1968. After graduation, he went to work for Pacific Bell for 32 years and retired in 2002. He then went to work for a skilled nursing facility, as a driver, and retired after 18 years in 2021.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 1:00p.m. at: Eternal Hills Memorial Park & Mortuary, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054.
