Justin Thomas Moore was born on August 15, 1997, at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, in San Antonio, Texas, to Thomas and Susana Moore. During his childhood he lived in San Antonio Texas twice, Okinawa Japan, Beavercreek Ohio, Rocklin California and Oceanside California where he graduated from El Camino High School in 2016. While attending El Camino HS, he spent four years in the Marine Corps JrROTC program and loved his friends and instructors in the program. His friends gave him the nickname “Chicken Little” due to his glasses and small stature, while the Camp Pendleton Base Commander gave him the nickname “6-7” when Justin was hand selected to meet him. The Brigadier General told Justin that one day he will be 6’7” tall.
Justin had many friends and all that met him quickly was attracted to his pleasant and easy-going personality. Justin never needed to go out looking for friends to hang out with, they were always coming to him. He was known for his very caring and giving spirit as he would befriend those who had trouble making friends and often bring home kids who were having trouble at their own homes.
Justin’s hobbies were many as he was a very active person. He loved motor sports including cars and motorcycles. He spent many hours modifying his and his friend’s cars to better perform and have custom looks. He was a founding member of the No Sense of Danger Car Club in North San Diego County and would schedule and promote regular car meets in Oceanside and Carlsbad. He also loved skateboarding, online video gaming with his cousins and friends, and strived hard to become a social media influencer. His YouTube channel, Justin Moore, had well over 2,000 subscribers where he had yet another nickname “Wizard.”
He went to be with the Lord on May, 19, 2018, after a tragic car accident in Valley Center California. He is survived by his parents, Tom and Susan, his two older sisters, Kristell and Valerie, his niece and nephews Janessa, Jaylin and Jeremiah as well as two grandmothers and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
