Lester Warren Eischen, died February 20, 2023, in Hemet CA. Lester was born in Encinitas, CA and attended Solana Beach Elementary and graduated from San Dieguito High School in 1948. From 1948-1952 he served in the Air Force stationed in Alaska as a Weather Observer.
Subsequently, he attended Palomar College and graduated from UCLA in 1956. His career in human resources management spanned employment with General Dynamics, General Atomics and the Salk Institute. In retirement, he resided in Idyllwild and Hemet and enjoyed hiking, golf, traveling, exploring genealogy, cheering on the UCLA Bruins, and spending time with family and friends.
Lester is survived by his wife of 52 years Janice, his children Jeffrey Eischen (Francesca), Brian Eischen (Catherine), Debbie Danssaert, and John Danssaert (Joanne) and his grandchildren Kaitlin Danssaert, Ryan Eischen, Zachary Danssaert, Daniel Aguilar, Gregory Pereira, Christopher Eischen, Allen Eischen and great grandchildren Maeve Aguilar and coming soon Fiona Danssaert.
