Manuel Alvarez Guzman was a caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. His battle with serious medical issues in the recent years showed him courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Manuel came out the hero and stayed strong until the end. He passed away on January 19, 2021 at age 80 surrounded by his wife and children.
Manuel met the love of his life Maria while walking into a family-owned bakery. Together, they had 4 children: Esther, Maria, Manuel, and Antonio.
Manuel loved his gardens. Always taking care of his plants and always creating little projects just to be outdoors. He loved his grandchildren coming over and spending time with him. He loved having the family over for gatherings. Having everyone together brought him so much joy into his life.
